01.Basic Service
If you don’t need your bike cleaned, but your bike needs some tuning
- Gear check
- Brake check
- Bolt check
- wear check on all components
- headset tension check
- lubrication of chain and components requiring lubrication
- tyre pressure check
- includes labour to fit basic parts such as tube, chain, cassette, gear cables.
- preload adjustment to wheels
- wheels in bike spot true
- all parts required are an extra price and if a substantial part is required we will quote prior to fitting.
02. Standard Service
Bike needs a wash, drivetrain needs love and you want to shine.
- all the basic service items are included
- Bottom bracket bearings are inspected wiped and barrier grease applied. (should you require a replacement you will be notified and replacement can be installed should time allow)
- Necessary bike components are removed degreased thoroughly with Ultrasonic cleaners
- Rear derailleur pulley wheels are lubricated and high pressure aired.
- All brake hardware are ultrasonic cleaned separately in a dedicated cleaner, Then Rotors are blow torched.
- bike gets a thorough clean with wheels and disc brake pads removed.
- Wheel bearings get hand checked for smoothness. we notify you if we believe there are any concerns.
- high pressure air use to remove sand/dirt and moisture in hard to reach places
- finished with ceramic hydrophobic polish.
03.Intermediate Service
In this one the Bottom Bracket and the Headset get removed and sorted as well.
- includes everything in the basic and standard service
- Brake bleed to front and rear brake with full fluid replacement.
- Bottom bracket removal with full clean out of the area and reinstallation using the highest quality water repellent grease
- Clean out headset and reapply fresh barrier grease.
- Tubeless sealant levels get checked and topped up at an additional cost.
In the event the bearings require replacement and the brake hoses are passing through the bearing, additional labour will be applied as the bike may require new brake hoses and will require 2 brake bleed procedures)
04. Full/Deluxe Service
Look, at this point. It’s basically a brand new bike..
- includes everything performed in the Basic, Standard and intermediate service.
- wheel hub overhaul front and rear(bearings not included)
- Remove seat post and clean out seat camp and down tube , reinstall with fibre grip if necessary.
- Should you require the pivot bearings pulled and rebuilt in your MTB you will incur and additional charge.
